1. How much is the application Fee?

$30.00 Cash or Credit

2. What forms of payment do you accepts?

Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa and Master card

3. What is needed for Application process?

There is a $30 application fee for any adult over 18 yrs old. The deposit needs to be paid at the time of applying (in the form of money order or cashier’s check). We will hold the deposit monies until you sign the rental agreement upon approval

4. What happens If I’m not approved?

If you are not approved the deposit is refunded
